Upload Your Own UV DTF Gang Sheet

UV DTF transfers are intended for hard goods like phone cases, water bottles, glass and acrylic or even round objects like balls.
They are printed directly to a film that already has the adhesive on it.
UV DTF stickers are covered in a layer of varnish to give them a glossy, 3D look.
After the ink is laid down a UV light cures the ink.
After the printing and curing process, the sticker is covered with a transfer sheet so it can be picked up from the film and transferred to the final surface.
UV DTF stickers are applied just like a regular sticker.
These full color, UV light-cured stickers are highly durable due to the curing method and their adhesive strength.
This makes them very popular for promotional items, drinkware and items that are heavily handled.

Artwork Ready:

Please select the gang sheet size needed.

Next, upload the PNG file that you need and select the quantity. Please note that the maximum width for uploaded sheets is 24”.

Lastly, add the product to the cart. Please note this listing is for 1 single gang sheet. If other gang sheets are needed, you must first add this listing to the cart with your correct artwork and then go through the previous steps to add another image to your cart.

Artwork Requirements:

Please upload your PNG image(s) with a transparent background ONLY. Suggested 300 DPI for best print quality. We will not be held liable for poor-resolution images and keep in mind printing does NOT change the quality of the image.

Time Frames: 

UV DTF prints usually will ship to you within 1 - 2 business days. Please be aware that the turnaround time does not begin until we receive print-ready artwork. Turnaround time also varies on size of order.

Transparent Pixels: 

Please ensure your artwork is free of transparent pixels. A transparent pixel is a semi-colored or transparent area of your artwork. These are frequently caused by background removal sites. Transparent pixels are not visible to the naked eye; however, the printer does see them and will print them. Transparent pixels will print white. We are not responsible for reprinting artwork due to transparent pixels.

Color Information:  

Please note, UV DTF prints are printed in CMYK color codes. Designs created in RGB color codes will be converted to the closest CMYK color available for printing. Please be advised colors may vary from screen to screen, and not all RGB colors are available in CMYK format.

Applying UV DTF Transfer:

Step 1: Prepare the surface
A clean surface is essential. Any dust, oil, or residue can interfere with adhesion.

• Clean the surface - Use a lint-free cloth with a little rubbing alcohol to wipe away any dirt or oils.
  
• Dry thoroughly - Make sure the surface is completely dry before you start.

Step 2: Position the transfer
Careful placement is key to a professional look.

• Center the transfer - Position the transfer sheet on your item, aligning it as evenly as possible.
  
• Secure lightly - Gently press the sheet onto the surface to hold it in place.

Step 3: Apply Firm Pressure
This step ensures the design sticks smoothly and removes any air bubbles.

• Use a squeegee or credit card - Start from the center and press outward toward the edges, pushing out any trapped air.
  
• Check for bubbles - If you see bubbles, go over those spots again until smooth.

Step 4: Remove the release film
After applying, peel back the release film slowly and carefully.

• Peel slowly - Start from one corner and pull the film back at the shallow angle.
• Check for lifting - If any part of the design lifts with the film, press it back down and smooth it out.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Washing Instructions: 

Wait 24 hours before first washing.
