Return and Refund Policy

At Bellizzima DTF, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality DTF transfers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.

All sales of DTF transfers are final. Due to the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate a return process.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

In the case of defective or damaged items, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to facilitate the replacement process.
